The IO2 focus mainly on the key Labours Market Stakeholders (LMS), and aims to:
- record employers’ perspectives in recruiting migrant women, multicultural workplaces, gender equality policies.
- develop an educational pack for raising awareness of employers regarding prejudices and stereotypes in relation to TCN women which are often faced as victims, low educated, threats for the economy of the host society;
- prepare employers for offering JOB SHADOWING SCHEMES (JS Schemes) for 2 months in (IO4) in order to support low educated TCN women to effectively integrate, into the local labour market through appropriately work based training and advice provision.
